Requirements for press files

    Color Modes

    Files must be exclusively in the CMYK color space, using the Coated FOGRA39 profile.

    Black Color

    Use composite channels: C100, M100, Y100, K100.

    Fonts

    All fonts must be converted to outlines.

    Bleed and Safe Areas

    • ✔ Bleed: 5 mm around the entire layout.
    • ✔ Do not add crop marks.
    • ✔ Important information must be no closer than 5 mm to the edge or fold lines.

    Cutting Lines

    • ✔ Separate top layer
    • ✔ Overprint attribute
    • ✔ Created as Spot Color
    • ✔ Different colors according to function

    Resolution and Scale

    • ✔ Up to 0.5 sq.m. → 300 dpi
    • ✔ From 0.5 to 2 sq.m. → 150 dpi
    • ✔ From 2 to 6 sq.m. → 100 dpi
    • ✔ Above 6 sq.m. → 300 dpi (scale 1:10)

    File Names

    Include the print dimensions in mm in the file name (e.g., file_1000x6000) and use only Latin letters.

    File Formats

    • ✔ Recommended: PDF/X‑1a
    • ✔ For files larger than 2 sq.m. – TIFF is acceptable
    • ✔ PDF/X‑1a errors – free of charge, other formats – chargeable

    Special Elements

    • ✔ White, neon, UV varnish – on a separate layer, with Overprint and Spot Color
    • ✔ Must exactly match the position, size, and format

    Die-lines / Unfolded Layouts

    Layouts should be placed in the same file, on the Print layer. Do not change the file name.
